Age-Regression Hypnotism is an imaginative review of significant events with the hypnotist serving as a guide. It can be an effective technique and is popular. However, it is only one technique among many, and there are some risks. It is possible for a person to "remember" something that didn't actually happen during an Age-Regression. It is also possible for a client to come into contact with feelings the client is not prepared to handle.

I will do Age-Regression for a client if there is a good reason and the client agrees. However, as there are many effective hypnotic techniques that involve less emotional exposure for the client, my inclination is to use them instead. In most cases there are safer techniques that are more appropriate.
