Free MP3 Recordings
At my free clinics I distribute free CD recordings of light self-hypnotic experiences. I consider this material safe for all normally-functioning adult persons, and give away about a thousand CDs each year.
I also provide the content of those recordings here as free MP3 downloads. Feel free to download these recordings into your computer. Then, you can play them using a digital player or burn them to CD.
My work with private clients is much more powerful than what I can provide here.
